1. Who we are
llmspam.com is published by Orlando Bruckner ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
2. What the site is
The site is a record of opinion and evidence about web pages that, in our view, exist to influence what AI assistants recommend. Listings are our honest opinion on matters of public interest, formed from the facts shown with them. Where we state a fact, we have checked it and we show the source. Where we state a view, we say it is a view. Automatic checks are generated by software and are not statements of fact about any site.
3. Using the site
You may read and link to the site freely. You may use the check endpoint for a reasonable number of requests. You may not scrape the site at a rate that burdens it, attempt to defeat the anti-spam measures, or submit reports, replies or messages that are false, unlawful or abusive.
4. Reports, replies and messages
When you submit a report you confirm that you believe it to be true and that you have a genuine reason for it. Reports are not published; they lead to our own investigation. When you submit a reply to a listing you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to publish it on this site in full, with your name and organisation, and you confirm that you are entitled to speak for the organisation you name. Replies are published unedited and remain your words, not ours. We may decline to publish a reply that breaks the rules on the right of reply page, and we will tell you why.
5. Accuracy and corrections
We take care, but we can be wrong. If you believe a listing contains an error of fact, tell us and we will correct it promptly and say that we did. The right of reply is open to anyone named.
6. Outside links
Links to outside sites are provided as evidence and carry rel="nofollow". We do not endorse any outside site and are not responsible for its content.
7. Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the place where the publisher is resident, and disputes are subject to the courts there, unless the law that protects you as a consumer says otherwise.
